Changes from April 2026 up to 1.5.21. You can create and edit collections, every media item has its own full page, the media library filters by categories and collections, and legacy Smartvus come over one by one.

New

• Create, edit and delete collections. Click New in the collections sidebar, then pick categories, Smartvus, media and related collections in a searchable list.
• A full page for every media item. The Overview plays the video, shows the PDF or image and lists the key facts. Details, Issues, Smartvus, Collections and Categories follow. Edit Media changes title, description, media group and categories. In workspaces with user groups, Access shows who can see the item.
• Filter media by categories, category types and collections. The sidebar lists each category type with a count. More filters picks several categories and collections, with any/all matching and sorting. Active filters show as chips above the grid. The filters open in a side panel that keeps its state while the results update.
• Replace the file of an asset. The earlier file stays as a version, with a history of who uploaded what.
• Import single legacy Smartvus. Paste a share link, embed code or token into the Smartvu library sidebar, or click Import in the Unmapped view. Imported Smartvus show an Imported badge. The collections library lists legacy folders that are not yet collections under Unmapped.
• TIFF images. The media library accepts .tif and .tiff files.

Improved

• Clearer media status. Uploads show Pending, Processing and Optimizing until they are ready.
• A tidier workspace dashboard. Modules you can use come first, with large counts; locked modules link to the settings.
• The sign-in page of your app shows your app icon, with rounded corners and a soft shadow.
• Publishing starts sooner when the workspace is busy with imports or media processing.
• Preview images are JPG, PNG or WebP; GIF is no longer accepted.

Fixed

• Publishing: apps of new workspaces publish; content without a preview image publishes and the app shows its placeholder; a publish no longer fails when content is added while it runs.
• App pages: filters by category, category type, content type and Specific Items work, and the editor preview shows what the app shows.
• Sign-in to apps: people can sign in on the beta and production address, and return to the address they came from after a long pause.
• Emails such as invitations are delivered again.
• Legacy imports: more Smartvus import without errors, large 3D models arrive, and the Properties panel shows the short share code.
• Collections save together with the content you picked when you create them.
• Navigation: the workspace switcher, the settings gear on workspace cards, media pages of items used in Smartvus, the sidebar links of an app page and the Back button to a Smartvu page work again.
• The Restricted badge only shows when your workspace uses user groups. Placeholder icons sit in the middle of the preview area.
