Changes from May 2026 up to 1.11.3. Vuframe® Platform is now Vuframe® Cloud, and you can tag content, move media to the trash, add any file as a download and edit a collection's links right on its page.

New

• Vuframe® Cloud at cloud.vuframe.com. The product has its new name, logo and address. Links to platform.vuframe.com lead to the new address. All screens now say "workspace" instead of "tenant".
• Tags. Open Tags next to Categories in the media library or SmartVu® library. Add tags to media, collections and Smartvus on their edit page. Tags you set yourself are never overwritten by an import.
• Media trash. Move an image, video or document to the trash from its card or with Move to Trash. Trashed media are not published. Trashed in the sidebar lists them; Restore from Trash brings them back.
• Downloads for any file type. Archives, Office files, audio and other files go into the new Downloads type, with a preview or a file-type icon, and are published with your apps. A file stored as the wrong type can be changed under Change Type on its edit page.
• Edit collection links on the collection page. Each section has an Edit button that opens a picker and saves on close. Media are picked from a thumbnail grid with type tabs, search and sorting.
• App settings for Smartvus and media pages. Choose the Smartvu camera mode and background colour, and turn the media pages and the media filter bar of a Copilot app on or off.

Improved

• Restart stuck media. An item that stays in Processing or Optimizing for 30 minutes shows a Re-process button.
• Clear errors for wrong file content, for example a PDF named like an image.
• Apps only get 3D models that are ready; a publish waits for them and says what it waits for.
• Apps on your own company address let people sign in.

Fixed

• Media processing: PDFs with unusual metadata and files hit by a short network delay no longer end in an error; 3D models no longer stay in Optimizing.
• Publishing: a single Smartvu publishes and releases again; filters on older app pages reach the app again.
• Apps: beta and production addresses open the full app, and the app icon displays on the sign-in page.
• App editor: the preview is locked only while you have unsaved changes, the edit button moves the preview to the page, and the back arrow leaves the editor.
• Media library: cards open their item again, badges no longer overlap, processing spinners no longer flicker, and 3D models show their status next to Needs Attention.
